This policy explains cookies and similar tracking technologies ("Tracking Technologies") used on keystoneyard.com (the "Site"), operated by Tailor Brands Ltd., together with its affiliates ("Tailor Brands," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit. Your browser can send a cookie back to the website on your next visit, so the site can remember something about your last visit — for example, that a specific feature already ran, or how you arrived at the Site.
2. What do we use them for?
Cookies let us recognize your device across a visit, keep the four-question tool working correctly as you move through it, and understand how many people use the Site and how.
3. Session and persistent cookies
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device after that, until they expire or you delete them — you can remove persistent cookies manually or through your browser settings, described in Section 7.
4. First-party and third-party cookies
First-party cookies are set by keystoneyard.com directly. Third-party cookies are set by a domain other than the one you're visiting — for Keystoneyard, that means cookies set by our analytics provider (Google Analytics) and, where you click through to a payroll provider, referral-tracking cookies used to attribute that click, described in Section 6.
5. Similar technologies
The same function a cookie performs can be done other ways — for example, local storage, or techniques that identify a device from its characteristics rather than a stored file. Where we or our service providers use any of these, this policy applies to them the same way it applies to cookies.
6. How we use Tracking Technologies
- Essential. Cookies needed to run the Site and the four-question tool — for example, keeping your answers together as you move from one question to the next. These don't require a choice; the Site doesn't work properly without them.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the Site and how they use it, in aggregate. Google's own privacy practices govern its processing — see https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Referral attribution. If you click through to a payroll provider we name (Gusto, Square Payroll, QuickBooks, or Paychex), that click is routed through a Tailor Brands domain, and a cookie or similar identifier records that the click came from Keystoneyard, so a referral commission can be attributed correctly if you sign up. This doesn't carry your quiz answers or any other personal data to the provider — just that a referral happened.
- Data sharing with Tailor Brands. From the moment you begin using the Site, a tracking pixel automatically shares data about your activity with Tailor Brands. This runs continuously and isn't something you'll see happen in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We don't use tracking pixels in marketing emails, because we don't collect your email address through the Site.
7. Consent and your choices
Essential cookies run without asking, since the Site can't function without them. Where the law requires your consent before we set analytics or referral cookies, we'll obtain it; where it doesn't, you can still opt out at any time using the controls below.
Every browser lets you manage cookies, usually under "Settings" or "Privacy." Some starting points: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari each publish their own instructions, searchable from their support sites.

8. Will we update this policy?
We'll update this policy as needed — for example, if we add a new analytics or advertising tool. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date, and where the law requires it, we'll ask for your consent again.
