Keystoneyard ("Keystoneyard," "the Site," "we," "us," or "our") is a payroll-provider matching tool operated by Tailor Brands Ltd., together with its affiliated companies ("Tailor Brands"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit keystoneyard.com or use our four-question payroll tool, what we do with it, when we share it — including with Tailor Brands — and what choices you have.
You are not legally obligated to give us personal data, but some parts of the Site may not work without it. If you are under 18, you do not have permission to use this Site. "Personal data" means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you.
This policy is written to stand on its own for Keystoneyard specifically. As explained in Section 1.3, using the Site involves an automated process that shares certain data with Tailor Brands; once Tailor Brands has that data, the Tailor Brands General Privacy Policy governs how Tailor Brands uses it.

1. What personal data do we collect
1.1 Information you give the tool. Our four-question tool asks for your state, headcount, how you pay your team, and the accounting software you use. We don't ask for your name or email to show you a result. On their own these answers describe your business setup rather than you personally, but combined with technical data (below) they could become identifiable, so we handle them with the same care as personal data.
1.2 Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we (and our analytics provider) automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and similar usage data, through cookies and similar technologies. 1.3 Information shared with Tailor Brands automatically. From the moment you begin using the Site, we use a tracking pixel that automatically shares information about your activity on the Site — such as pages viewed and how you interact with the four-question tool — with Tailor Brands. This runs continuously in the background and isn't something you'll see happen in your browser — it isn't a step where you're asked for new information, or where you land on or use a separate Tailor Brands product. Separately, if you click through to a payroll provider we name, that click is routed through a Tailor Brands domain so the referral can be tracked (see Section 1.4). Once Tailor Brands has this data, Tailor Brands may use it for its own purposes, including to follow up with you about its services, under the Tailor Brands General Privacy Policy.
1.4 Information related to a provider referral. If you click through to a payroll provider we name (Gusto, Square Payroll, QuickBooks, or Paychex), that click is routed through a Tailor Brands domain, and we record that the click happened and, where applicable, that a signup resulted, so a referral commission can be attributed. We do not receive the personal data you provide directly to that provider.
1.5 Information you send us directly. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we collect whatever you choose to share in order to respond.
2. What we do with personal data
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the payroll-matching tool.
- Track and attribute referral commissions to the correct provider.
- Analyze aggregate traffic and usage to understand how the Site is used.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
3. Who we share personal data with
3.1 Tailor Brands. Keystoneyard is operated by Tailor Brands. As described in Section 1.3, a tracking pixel automatically shares certain data with Tailor Brands throughout your visit, and, separately, clicking through to a named provider routes through a Tailor Brands domain so the referral can be tracked (Section 1.4). Once Tailor Brands has that data, its own General Privacy Policy governs how it's used.
3.2 Analytics providers. We use Google Analytics to understand Site usage. Google's own privacy practices govern its processing; see https://policies.google.com/privacy.
3.3 The payroll providers we name. Limited to referral and click-attribution data described in Section 1.4 — not your quiz answers or any other personal data, unless you choose to share it with that provider directly.
3.4 Service providers. Hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, under confidentiality and security obligations.
3.5 Authorities and legal process. Where required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect our rights, users, or others.
3.6 Business transfers. If Keystoneyard or Tailor Brands is involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
3.7 We don't sell personal data for money, and we don't share personal data in a way that requires a Do Not Sell or Share opt-out under state privacy laws such as the CCPA.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to keep the Site running properly. For what we use and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings.
5. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements. Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you may be kept indefinitely.
6. Your choices
6.1 Cookie and analytics opt-outs. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's tools, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6.2 Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting privacy@tailorbrands.com. We'll respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
7. International data transfer
Because Keystoneyard is operated by Tailor Brands, personal data may be stored and processed in Israel, the U.S., the UK, the EU, and other locations where Tailor Brands or its service providers operate, with appropriate confidentiality and security commitments in place.
8. Security
We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect personal data against theft, loss, and unauthorized access. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee the Site will be immune from all misuse.
9. Children
This Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in how we handle personal data. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date; material changes will be flagged on the Site.
