This website, keystoneyard.com (the “Site” or “Keystoneyard”), is owned and operated by Tailor Brands Ltd. and its affiliated companies (“Tailor Brands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the Site or use our tools, what we do with it, when we share it, and what choices you have.
You are not legally obligated to give us personal data, but some parts of the Site may not work without it. If you are under 18, you do not have permission to use this Site. “Personal data” means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you.
As explained in Section 1.3, using the Site involves an automated process that collects data about your activity and makes it available to Tailor Brands. Once Tailor Brands has that data, the Tailor Brands General Privacy Policy governs how Tailor Brands uses it. That policy also governs anything you provide on a Tailor Brands website.

1. What personal data we collect
1.1 Information you give our tools. Our tools ask a short set of questions about your business and your situation. Depending on the tool, these can include your state, the size of your team, how you pay people, the software you use, the stage of your business, your expected income (in broad ranges), who else is involved, whether you have personal assets you want to protect, how you handle business money, how comfortable you are with legal paperwork, and the kind of help you want. We don’t ask for your name or email to show you a result. On their own these answers may not identify you, but they can describe your personal circumstances, and combined with technical data (below) they could become identifiable, so we treat them as personal data.
1.2 Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we (and our analytics provider) automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and similar usage data, through cookies and similar technologies. 1.3 Information collected through a tracking pixel. From the moment you begin using the Site, we use a tracking pixel that automatically collects information about your activity on the Site, such as pages viewed and how you interact with our tools, and makes it available to Tailor Brands. This runs continuously in the background and isn’t something you’ll see happen in your browser. It isn’t a step where you’re asked for new information. Once Tailor Brands has this data, Tailor Brands may use it for its own purposes, including to follow up with you about its services, under the Tailor Brands General Privacy Policy. Clicking through to a provider is described separately in Section 1.4.
1.4 Information related to a click-through. If you click through to a provider we name, we record that the click happened and, where applicable, that a signup resulted, so a referral fee can be attributed. For a third-party provider, the click may be routed through a Tailor Brands domain before you reach the provider’s website, which you won’t see happen. We do not receive the personal data you provide directly to a third-party provider. If you click through to a Tailor Brands service, you arrive at a Tailor Brands website, and Tailor Brands collects the information you provide there under the Tailor Brands General Privacy Policy.
1.5 Information you send us directly. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we collect whatever you choose to share in order to respond.
2. What we do with personal data
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our tools.
- Show you results and recommend providers and Tailor Brands services.
- Track and attribute referral fees to the correct provider.
- Analyze aggregate traffic and usage to understand how the Site is used.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
3. Who we share personal data with
3.1 Tailor Brands. Keystoneyard is operated by Tailor Brands. As described in Section 1.3, a tracking pixel makes data about your activity available to Tailor Brands throughout your visit. As described in Section 1.4, clicking through to a provider may route through a Tailor Brands domain so the referral can be recorded. Once Tailor Brands has that data, its General Privacy Policy governs how it’s used.
3.2 Analytics providers. We use Google Analytics to understand Site usage. Google’s own privacy practices govern its processing; see https://policies.google.com/privacy.
3.3 The providers we name. Third-party providers receive only the referral and click-attribution data described in Section 1.4, not your answers to our tools or any other personal data, unless you choose to share it with that provider directly.
3.4 Service providers. Hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, under confidentiality and security obligations.
3.5 Authorities and legal process. Where required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect our rights, users, or others.
3.6 Business transfers. If Keystoneyard or Tailor Brands is involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
3.7 No sale. We don’t sell personal data for money, and we don’t share personal data in a way that requires a Do Not Sell or Share opt-out under state privacy laws such as the CCPA.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to keep the Site running properly. For what we use and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings.
5. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements. Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you may be kept indefinitely.
6. Your choices
6.1 Cookie and analytics opt-outs. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s tools, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6.2 Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting privacy@tailorbrands.com. We’ll respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
7. International data transfer
Because Keystoneyard is operated by Tailor Brands, personal data may be stored and processed in Israel, the U.S., the UK, the EU, and other locations where Tailor Brands or its service providers operate, with appropriate confidentiality and security commitments in place.
8. Security
We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect personal data against theft, loss, and unauthorized access. No system is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the Site will be immune from all misuse.
9. Children
This Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in how we handle personal data. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last Updated” date; material changes will be flagged on the Site.
